• Facilitated collaboration between legal professionals and Sharia scholars, establishing a structured advisory platform to support local and international investors in navigating contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and commercial dispute resolution while ensuring adherence to Islamic ethical and legal standards.
• Strengthened the firm’s professional advisory portfolio, overseeing the provision of services including legal consultancy, Sharia compliance advisory, business and management consultancy, project proposal development, and financial advisory support, thereby integrating Islamic governance principles into modern business practice.
• Guided clients through various stages of business establishment and institutional development, including company formation, preparation of legal and financial documentation, development of feasibility studies and project reports, and facilitation of financing arrangements with local and international financial institutions.
• Contributed to the expansion of the firm’s professional reach beyond national borders, supporting international advisory services for clients requiring expertise in Islamic legal principles, ethical governance, and Sharia-compliant commercial practices.
